Helping retail businesses adapt and prosper during the age of COVID-19.

Mission/Challenge:
As COVID-19 hit, our client was one of the first grocery stores in the U.S. to decide to temporarily close its doors to (in-store) shoppers, for the safety and well being of their staff and customers. We were tasked with creating a bespoke on-line shopping store with curbside pick-up in one week so that they could continue to provide food and essential goods to the community.

Outcome: We designed and implemented a fully functioning e-commerce grocery shopping store within their website, in one week.  

Results/Impact: After one intensive week of development and testing, we were able to launch their online grocery store with curbside pickup to massive success. They went from 80 daily website users to over 2,200 online customers on the first day the online store launched. In the past year, their store eventually reopened to shoppers but has received over 52,000 users with over 100,000 sessions and over 26,000 transactions.
